Dispatchers import stops and optimize in one click — a nearest-neighbor + 2-opt heuristic with earliest-deadline ordering, so every delivery window is respected while miles are trimmed — then dispatch to drivers and share a tracking link per stop. Drivers get a phone-first app with the day's route in order, one-tap Google Maps navigation, and photo proof of delivery. Customers open a login-free page with live status, ETA, the route on a map, and the delivery photo the moment it lands, so no one has to call to ask where their order is. Three connected surfaces — dispatch, driver, and customer — on a single platform.
