ApexDev is a software development studio incorporated in the State of Florida, United States. We operate the platform at devapex.us and client dashboard at app.devapex.us.

When you connect your Meta account via Facebook Login, we collect:

• Your name and email address from your Meta profile
• Your Meta user ID
• An OAuth access token granting read access to your Meta Ads account data (ads_read)
• Campaign metrics and performance data retrieved via the Meta Marketing API

Your data is used exclusively to display your Meta Ads campaign metrics inside the ApexDev dashboard, authenticate your identity, and provide support.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for our own marketing purposes.

We request only the ads_read and business_management permissions — strictly read-only access. You can revoke access at any time via facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.

We share your data only with Meta Graph API (to retrieve authorized metrics) and hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) bound by their own data processing agreements. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your OAuth access token is stored while your account connection is active. Upon disconnection or deletion request, the token is removed within 30 days. Campaign metrics are retained for up to 90 days then purged.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS, secure token storage, and access controls. In compliance with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), we will notify affected individuals within 30 days of a confirmed breach.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us through our form.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale. We do not sell or share personal information.

Our platform is intended for business clients only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

This Privacy Policy is governed by Florida law. For clients in Brazil, the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) also applies. Brazilian residents may submit data requests through our form.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
