Terms of Use

ApexDev is a software development studio incorporated in the State of Florida, United States. We provide a private client dashboard available at app.devapex.us that integrates data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to provide a unified view of marketing campaign performance.

The platform is a read-only analytics and reporting tool. It does not create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns or assets on connected advertising platforms.

Access to the ApexDev dashboard is restricted to:

• ▸Active clients of ApexDev with a current service agreement in place
• ▸Individuals authorized by the account holder to access the dashboard

ApexDev reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any user or organization at its sole discretion, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

When you connect your Meta account via Facebook Login, you explicitly authorize ApexDev to:

• ▸Read your Meta Ads campaign performance data using the ads_read and business_management permissions
• ▸Store your OAuth access token securely for the duration of the active connection
• ▸Display the retrieved metrics within your ApexDev dashboard

You may revoke this authorization at any time via facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites or by contacting info@devapex.us.

You agree to use the ApexDev platform only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• ▸Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform's authentication or permission systems
• ▸Use the platform to access accounts or data you are not authorized to view
• ▸Share your dashboard credentials with unauthorized third parties
• ▸Use the platform in any way that violates Meta's Platform Terms, Google's API Terms, or applicable law
• ▸Attempt to scrape, extract, or reproduce data outside of the platform's intended functionality

The ApexDev platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

ApexDev is not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of or reliance on data displayed in the dashboard. The platform is an informational tool only.

ApexDev may suspend or terminate access to the dashboard for breach of these Terms, expiration of the service agreement, suspected unauthorized access, or non-payment of applicable service fees.

The ApexDev dashboard, including its design, source code, features, and brand assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of ApexDev.

Your use of the ApexDev platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. For clients located in Brazil, the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) applies to the extent required by Brazilian law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
