NeovaMed was completely rebuilt: the original internal clinic system (scheduling, RBAC, PDF invoicing, Flutter app) was retired, and the brand relaunched as a telehealth platform facilitating legal, ANVISA-compliant import of peptides and metabolic/longevity compounds under medical supervision. The new institutional site runs a medication catalog (20+ compounds across metabolic, longevity, hormonal, regenerative and neurological categories), a dosage calculator, a blog, and a free triage flow that captures leads straight into Firestore. Behind the scenes, a new internal CRM gives the team a Kanban pipeline for patient leads and doctor partnerships, a dashboard with a 14-day lead chart and conversion metrics, and a calendar fed by scheduled appointments — replacing the legacy system entirely.
